Birthday Suits is a world-renowned surf boutique specializing in Service, Selection, and Style. We have won “Best on the Beach” for women’s swimwear for 40+ years.  Our 3 store locations on the Outer Banks of North Carolina employ both full and part-time workers, with housing available for many. 

Our managers, assistant managers, and sales associates are well trained in sales, merchandising, display, customer service, and hospitality for our customers.  The beautiful Outer Banks attract hundreds of thousands of visitors over the year, so hospitality is an important part of the job.  We are looking for happy, enthusiastic, and energetic individuals who enjoy working with the public.
